Requests can take up to 24 hrs to process. Same day rentals are possible but please try to give us 24-48 hrs notice when making requests

Frequently Asked
+ Cancellation Policy?
- Cancellations 48 hrs + before rental are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations with less than 48hr notice are subject to a 50% fee.
+ Rental Uses
- Our facility is primarily used for arts and dance programming.
- We do not typically rent the facility for Large Events, Receptions or Parties ( at the disgression of 1520 Arts ).
+ Payment Policy?
- Payment must be made before using the studio space.
- Payments can be made via Venmo ( @arts1520 ) or in person at the front counter with Card or Cash.
- Missed payments can result in guests not being able rent the studio until all balances are brought current.
+ Cleaning Policy?
- All Studios are cleaned daily. Restrooms are cleaned weekly or as needed.
- Guests are asked to sweep the studio after using. Please throw away all trash and remove all items when finished.
- Excessive mess in the studio may result in an additional cleaning fee.
+ Food + Drink?
- Limited food and drink are allowed in the studios.
- Alchohol is allowed. Renter is responsible for making sure all guests are 21+
- Alcohol cannot be sold on property.
- Any event with Food or Drink is subject to higher rates and possible additional cleaning fee.
+ Cameras + Security?
- The property has security camera in all public spaces.
- This includes a camrea in each studio as well as cameras in the parking lot areas.
- All Studios have code access locks that can be programmed for each guest.
