Are you looking for rehearsal space, private studio time or just a cool venue to host small events? We have 4 Studios that could be perfect for you! These versatile spaces can be customized to your needs. Lots of options from mirrors, lighting and a variety of price points!

Community Programs
Community Resources and Support
Everyone needs a littl help sometimes. Our Community Support programs help artists and communities with hard to find resources. Event Support, Development Resources, Portfolio Builders. Check them out and apply today!
Artist Support Program
A program designed to provide targeted support for artists and communities engaged in impactful creative work. This program offers a maximum of $500 in annual support, which may be used across multiple applications throughout the year.
Community Mural PROGRAM
This program supports emerging artists by providing them an opportunity to produce a small-scale mural project. This initiative is intended to help artists refine their craft in a real-world context, contribute to the public art landscape, and strengthen their portfolios for future work.
1520 Arts Equipment Rental
Producing events takes resources. This program helps provide tools that are often difficult for small groups and organizations to access. Sound Equipment, Dance Floors, Tables, Chairs etc..

We believe that true inclusion means more than access—it means representation. Our programming is built around Hip-Hop and street culture, art forms that resonate deeply with communities often excluded from mainstream arts organizations. By centering these cultural traditions, we create an environment where students, artists, and audiences see themselves reflected in the work.
