We are glad to welcome on Vitamin Water as a sponsor, and we are excited to say our first performance for them was this past Thursday for Lupe Fiasco at the SLC Twilight Concert Series. Being the final concert of the series, and nearing the end of summer many people came out to enjoy the free concert, Including the Bboy Federation.
Sponsored by Vitamin Water the Bboy Federation performed from 5-7pm on the southern stage. Two full hours of good music, MCs and a lot of dancing.
Along side the bboys dancing, 3 hip hop pieces were performed. The first was choreographed by De’Von to the song “Crickets” by New Boyz. The second was a stepping piece performed by Dejon, Micah and De’Von. And the final price and a crowed favorite was a shuffling dance to Party Rockers Anthem, performed by Munk, Dejon, Micah and De’Von.
Other performances were by MC Pig Pen and Amber Lease. And music was provided throughout the night by DJ Street Jesus. A lot of skillful dancers freestyles throughout the night including Bboy TXT, Ali, Max, Gage, Monkee, Chacho and bgirl Josie.
