4th Annual Clothing Drive
It’s the holidays yet again. The time of year that is most about giving and we are excited to be doing just that. For the past 4 years the Bboy Federation has conducted an annual clothing drive. We have partnered with the Neighborhood House for the last 3 years. “Providing quality, affordable day care and support services to children and adults…” The Neighborhood House works closely with families and children living with in their community. For the past few years we have been grateful to see the community support the Unspeakable Merch Collection clothing drive and we look forward to another great year.
[blockquote align=”left”]Providing quality, affordable day care and support services to children and adults…[/blockquote] Although we have worked with the Neighborhood House for a few years now, when asked to write this entry for our blog, I did some research. I read not only the goals and history about them, but I found their wish list as well. After reading this, Josh and I spoke about expanding our clothing drive benefit. This year we will also be accepting books and blankets (all items must be in “LIKE NEW” condition). Along with these items we will still be collecting gently-used clothing. While reading their wish list, I learned they are requesting winter jackets (typically looking for 2T-16 youth) and other winter clothing. These are kids who are asking for coats instead of toys for the holidays and we would like to help make their requests come true. If you would like to read the wish list please visit

Please take a few minutes and go through your closets and find items you no longer use, or need. We will be collecting items over the month of December. To drop off your donations please take them to The Bboy Federation Office at The Utah Arts Alliance (663 west 100 south office B16) We will be accepting items December 7,13 and 20 during open practice 6pm-9pm, and then again on December 21st from 5 pm to 10 pm during the Bboy Federations Music Swap.
This is an exciting event for the Bboy Federation and we look forward to your support and assistance. If you have any questions please contact either Josh or Josie via email; or or by phone at 855.205.0914.
